I bought this small coin (about a 10th of an ounce) from a pawn shop today.

It is Austrian, it says 585 (14k) and that is about all I know.

Anyone know what this is?

Sorry for the crappy scan, I will take a picture later. It is a MUCH nicer looking coin than it shows. The white spots are from the price sticker (idiot pawn broker).

not a coin, a modern made medallion...(.585) translates to 14kt.....a melter...

I paid melt for it :-)

I think it may be a medallion as well, as there is no date on it.

Was just looking to see if anyone has seen something like it before so I can get some background to sell it.
